I do my pre workout...about 30min pre workout with some faster acting carbs ... dextrose tabs are great for it...
you can use any aas with it...test, deca any orals...it doesnt matter..the biggest thing is do it everyday...a good starting dose is 30-40mcg's per day...pre workout
