yeah man, what I am doing right now, that I had posted on previously, mostly with MC products, I am starting to notice some fat loss now. I was slowed down by a sinus infection for 11 days but now back on track

cool man, it took me about half a year to start doing like 110 db's on incline again after I hurt my shoulder, the tricep surgery is holding me back more though bc I have only gone up to 95s on incline(2 weeks ago), but we shall see where im at after these 2 MC igf bottles are done =)

yeah I havent been doing very much bench, today I did flat on smith but just went up to 225 for 10
