igf with zinc & magnesium?

Does anyone here take zinc and magnesium with there igf ? Notice anything diffrent ?

I have been taking it, but truly have no clue if it helps. I guess since I have read it in numerous places I will take it anyway.lol

zinc is supposed to help open up the receptors

i've been using A/G pro with it.its fortified amino acids. they say it helps with your hair,lol

From what I know, zinc enables you to utilize test better, not IGF.
