Hey everyone,

I just had a quick question, does it matter how long u wait in between the times that you take your clen during the day.  I mean if you take one in the morning is there a certain time period you should wait b-4 taking the next one, until you get to your daily max??

clen's total active time is in the 35-40 hour range.. yet it's most effective time is the first 10 hours.. after there is slowly starts to taper down...so taking it 2 times a day to keep the levels at that elevated point is good...
