had my elbow scoped out since I had an olecranon bone spur. Doc said when the post surgery stiffness/pain goes away and its feeling good that I can start lifting. Obviously I will start light for the first few weeks. Surgery was a 16days ago. Doc says in a few weeks I should be fine. He explained that we went to town on my elbow and basically once the pain from the surgery goes away I can start up again. He also saw that 5mm of my cartilage is worn down.

Its been 8 months since I worked out due to my injury. When should I start up IGF again? I tried 40mcg ED but that gave me hand/finger problems and hypo feeling. How does 20mcg 3x a week sound? And when should I start? Im guessing a few weeks after my elbow feels good

That sounds good to me. Btw, if you feel hypo, you're not eating enough. You will require more calories when using IGF.

yea Ill definitely be eating more this time around. Idk if 20mcg 3x/week will be enough? Ive read that some people have seen results on 20mcg. Maybe if I felt the potentcy at 40mcg. 20mcg will be okay?

Im doing SUBq stomach this time. Just dont know if I should do preworkout or post. Im leaning on preworkout+preworkout meal.

so it will be 4 weeks Tuesday. Still havent started lifting light weights, still just doing ROM, but its just about that time. I say 1 week, no need to rush it...when should I start the IGF? Just looking for some more opinions.

I also have 5mm of my elbow joint cartiladge wheres theres not as much. So is it okay to add a joint supp with IGF 1? For my elbow cartiladge and for my thumb tendonitis.

I just started 60mcg/day of IGF-had an abcess cut open 2 weeks ago and now I have a fucking gash-the IGF should help with the healing process

along with that I'm using 325mg/week of test and just started Aqua dex

What dose will help me heal the quickest? Im noticing the healing is slowing down a lil. First few weeks was fast, but now it has slowed down. According to the doc, I should be as good as new in a couple more weeks (6weeks from procedure). I will start IGF Monday, just dont know the dose or how often yet.

I would go with a high quality cissus supp. I would think that cissus + IGF would = some beautiful joints. As a matter of fact I am gonna pick up some super cissus rx this week. Thanks for the idea!
