Why is it such a GREAT day?

I finally completly loaded the leg press machine to it's limit with 45# wheels and ripped up 3 sets of 10  I've always wanted to do that,now thanks to my new friends: Winny,Prop,Durabolin and trac two on the Black Label Society CD.....I've reached my goal and it's a GREAT friggin day! <!--emo&--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''><!--endemo-->

congrats, starting my cycle today and looking forward to some nice gains for the summer. So yes it is a good day   .

That's 10 plates per side,20 plates total...so 900# (plus whatever minor inherent resistance is in the footplate of the leg press....I'll take every pound,thank you  )
I've never been a power lifter but today was definetly a "personal best"
