The hardest few days in a while!

Well Monday night came around, and was wrestling around with some friends, and severly bruised my hand.  Thought it was broke or  a bad sprain because of how much it swelled up, and I couldn't move it.   So I went to the hospital to get some X-rays done, and found out it's just a severe bruise, but I still can't use it for 6-7 days.  I'm supposed to stay out of the gym, and this wk 2 of my first cycle!!  Its going to be rough.

I guess it's still a good thing though I'm not out for 6 weeks with a cast.

I hope when u were wrestling u @ least kicked there asses so it was worth it :D  have a good couple days off bro
 
Sucks man but focus on legs,calves,and abz instead for a week or so......I know,all the "fun" bodyparts to work but at least you won't be wasting cycle time. Hope it's better soon.
 
nubain, that should help you through the workout.  just kidding.

enjoy the rest period, you will come back fresh and ready to grow.
