It has been a couple years since I used IGF-1 and I am thinking about trying it again seeing all the success stories around here. At the time everyone was using it Post-WO. I used it PWO at 50mcg M-F. I see a lot of people are using it Pre-WO now. What does everyone think is better, Pre or Post WO? Also, does anyone use it in their calves? I did, but got huge bruises all the time. It was winter and I did not care. Now that it is summer and I will have shorts on, I don't want everyone asking me why I have all the bruises. Does anyone use it Sub-Q instead of IM? I always used it IM but it seems like some people are doing Sub-Q.

I think pre is what I am going to try this time and use it sub-q to see how it works. Last time I just wanted growth in my calves and it worked for sure. I gained and kept the extra growth in my calves for years now. I want to try it a little different this time. Can't wait with all the good stuff I see around here.

Presser, I PMed you back. Thanks!

I will keep everyone updated on how it goes and what I am doing.

I did pre and post and then I stayed with pre. I didn't get much out of it post, but when I took the whole dose at pre, I had pumps that'd physically hurt at times

IGF is all I am going to run for now. I am going to start off with 40mcg subq, 30 mins before workout and eat a couple packs of oatmeal with it. I really want to add HGH in at some point. If everything goes good, I want to stay on the IGF for a while. I know a lot of guys only do 4 weeks, but I want to try at least 2-3 months. Also, what does everyone do on the days off. I only want to run the IGF M-F, but only workout 4 days a week. What about that 1 day off. Should I just do it around the same time as the other days or in the AM.

Yea, I'm right with you Metal, I just got my order in as well and I've been waiting to start again. I took a couple months off and I'm very excited to start again, pumps in my chest and arms were insane!!!

Fat loss is my main goal, but the pumps are a plus too. I am around 9% BF with calipers now. You can see my abs pretty good, but I have this little layer of fat on the lower abs that I am hoping to get rid of. When I used it years ago, I only did it post work out and used it . I was trying to add size to my calves and it worked. I think I will start with subq and see how that goes.

Wow is all I can say. Last time I used IGF (years ago) it was Post workout. Well I started trying it again this week. On Monday I did 40mcg IM in chest. On Wednesday I did 40mcg IM in Calves. Well both days I got pretty good pumps. Then today I did 60mcg IM in shoulders. Well I guess it has started to kick in. I got really great pumps in my shoulders. After shoulders, I worked out arms. It was hard to finish arms because the pump was so great. Then to top it all off, I did cardio. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes with it inclined all the way up. I usually do this for cardio. No big deal at the time. Than I leave and drive home. Well when I went to step out of the car, I could not walk. My calves were so engorged it was like they were cramped up. I had to hobble in the house. On top of that, I am already pretty lean and naturally have veins popping out all over. Someone saw my calves and told me it was disgusting with all the veins sticking out. Crazy, but I did not get anything like this doing it Post Workout. I really am liking this stuff so far.

I have not been around much lately at all. Life has been real busy at work and with everything else, I have not had time to get on the web much. Hopefully I will have more time now. I just wanted to updated this thread. I am still amazed at the MC IGF. As you can see from the post, it has been a few months since I used it. I got the massive pumps like most do and all that good stuff, but what really impresses me is how I really start to see a difference down the road. I am a few months out from using IGF and it seems like the results are just now really kicking in and I am on nothing else. It was that way for me the first time I used it also. I think next time, I am going to run it for a few months to see how it goes. Either way, I am impressed.

Well I have posted this many many times as you and most know but I usualy see my best gains around week 7! Dont get me wrong I feel it right away and see it working starting the first week, but I have used it for months at a time and I tend to see my best gains around week 7!

Glad you like it so much brutha!!!! Great Review

Good to see your updates on it bro, it's definitely nice when you are able to keep all the gains that you get and you'll love it in a long stretch. Like Presser said, close to the end of month 2 is really where the sweet spot seems to be

you to? I know alot of guys disagree with this, and run it for short stints like 4-5 weeks, but after running it much longer i found that i loved it at week 7 and on! Not many others run it so long.

I ran it for 16 weeks before and still felt like it was working well during the last month of use.
