wanting to try this stuff. looking for some input. i have read so much about this stuff and it sounds awsome. how much do you think a begginer should start on?

I got some good results from 40mcg bilaterally (80mcg total) into the muscles worked pre or post workout.

lets say i want to bis where exactly would i apply? or lets say abs where do i apply there?

Bro apply this muscular , try 30-40mcg bilaterally, imeadiatly pre-workout, this means directly into the muscules you are gonna train, so that makes 60-80mcg's total. I would take it only on training days, max of 4 times a week. otherwise I feel you are just growing your intestines....

Has it been proven one way or the other if IGF affects the intestines or organs? I was under the impression that this was not the case.

I've known people to use it for long periods of time and large doses and it doesn't seem to have any effect on them as far as I/they know

I thought it was listed as one of the initial side effects, but later determined to be untrue.

Well, nothing is certain right now because it's so new and there hasn't really been enough time to run any long term side effects
