The heavy binge is most likely the cause IMO. Your gear was all fairly liver friendly. The Tylenol and Ibuprofen used to cure the hangover can also affect liver enzymes. Keep in mind heavy training and IM injections both can release enzymes like SGOT into the blood (it's found in muscle tissue as well)so liver isn't always the sole sourse of the elevation. The enzyme Gamma Glutamyl Transferase(gGT) is more specific for liver as it is not found in muscle like SGOT is,so a gGT level is sometimes helpful in athletes to sort out the two. Measuring the levels for the second time, like your doing, is the right thing to do,then you'll know if it's going up or down. If it's coming down your in the clear.
