Starting back on Insulin

I will be running insulin pretty heavy this off-season. Just started yesterday at 3iu a day.
 
I run 4iu-6iu novolog. I drink 40-50grams dextrose, whey, bcaa, creatine, glutamine during the workout and get amazing pumps. If you sweat and/or feel week half-way through, I always have glucose/dextrose solution 30grams on the side. If you ignore the first signs, you cant reverse the workout.... Meaning, its hard to continue the workout. Get to know how much sugar you have had that day and if your working back or legs, go a little higher, say 7 iu's and more carbs. Play with it. At those doses, ... as long as its not in the morning bc no sugar in system, its very safe. I just hate the excess sweat.
 
i dont think i would call insulin safe but under 10 iu's usually is easily manageable.....nuk i'm sure is going far north of 10iu's though
 
Humalin R, will be getting Humalog, but just for post workout only

I just picked up a bottle of Humilin R Monday and it was $60!!! Last time I was using it (years ago) it was $30 a bottle WTF??!!
I started Monday post workout with 7iu with my post workout shake. I'm going to give it another shot and see how it goes.
