correct amount of protein while dieting?

I know 1-1.5 per body weight is the minimum amount just for maintenance of lean body weight. I need a little help while dieting, I currently weigh 220 at 12% BF, jam eating anywhere between 300-400 grams a day from chicken breast, turkey breast, and protein shakes those are my main sources a day. My question is jam i eating too much? Also. Iam about to start taking t-3, any advice on how much protein to consume on that?
