for everyone who doesnt know, james toney and ken shamrock will be fighting a mma match soon. ken is upset about all the shit talking

One thing that Ken and Frank Shamrock always knew was how to hype a fight.

one thing i would say to Ken - "KEEP YOUR HANDS UP!!!!" If he dosent take a big shot and can get Toney down He's got it.
I just want to see toney get shut up again. When is the fight??

Wonder what the odds will be on this fight. I seem to remember Shamrock being a big underdog to Kimbo Slice.

Ken was one of those guys who really didnt evolve his training methods, unlike his brother frank,
I'll probably watch this fight tbh just out of interest,.

in his younger days he was a little more humble, for the past like 10 years he runs his mouth before every fight. Been hanging out with Tito for too long

actually he was a pretty good wrestler early on. Didnt do much of it later on though.
