Hey everyone. I have been doing some thinking. I feel along with many others; exercise is good for mental health. I believe that working out does make me happier in life. I seem to be less stressed then friends that don't work out. Now I have yet to do a cycle. This question is for you that have. Did you feel that AS helped your mental health because you look better? Or did it make you more stressed and mildly depressed because of sides, or more aggression. I am just curious how AS has effected the mental side of the body, so please post your thoughts!

It has definately improved my self confidence and self esteem. Just over a year ago, I was 160lbs and I looked it. I'm now 205lbs and I just feel more comfortable about my appearance. Conversely - I also see my self addicted. It will be very very hard for me to stop.

I feel that when I am on, I feel a lot better mentally. It definetely builds self confidence and self asteem. Also builds a lot of addiction. It sucks when I'm off. ???

I have 24/7 wood now that I am on. How do you think that makes me feel... :D :D :D :D :D :D

Seriously, I think that I feel more relaxed when I am not on. Maybe I am just not used to the feeling yet. I feel obligated to my diet and lifting routine more than normal wich puts a little pressure on when you have a professional carreer. The juice does put me on edge a little. I am also constantly looking for signs of side effects but other than what I mensioned above I haven't had any of the typical suff. No hairloss, no acne, no aggression, and no bloat thank's to liquidex. My strength has gone up quite a bit though.

Since everyone's chemistry is different, the change in hormones will affect you differently than others. Personally, I feel I'm in overall better spirits while on, mostly due to the thought that I'm growing while I sleep and achieving my goals faster than ever. I do feel a little more aggressive, but find myself restraining that due to the bullshit I'd have to hear about roid rage if I show it. My wife says I'm prone to be very sensitive, and show more feelings on the softer side...obviously the estrogen...gotta go take my anti-e's, can't have that side poking through, LOL.
