Another training video...

Started heavy training again for Strongman, strong shoulders are a must...

I have a slight angle on the seated position, since I broke my shoulder and acronium process a few years ago, I am not as flexible...

|And yes, I know it is smith machine, but believe it or not, it helps my power on many levels...

Anyways, I initially was going for 315x10...I missed it and only hit it for 7 that day, so I tried 365...almost got it for 2....

Still not bad at my bodyweight, right around 201lbs here.
