So i'm no body builder however i have been a Mixed Martial Artist on and off for a few years now. i am currently trying to perfect and advance my ground game however i keep pulling hip muscles (flexors adductors, extensors) and i cant advance if i keep having to take time off. i should be getting MC IGF-1 in the mail soon. will this do the trick?..any advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
