Just curious who seen this fight, and who thought that fedor could have recovered from hendersons shot to the face, seemed like the ref might have stopped it prematurley, maybe! It was a tough call!

Oh crap, was that last night? I forgot all about it. And the funny part is I was posting Fedor videos last night.

When Henderson was on Fedor's back and came under with the uppercut Feror was out but then he started getting his senses
back and rolled over and was starting to defend himself when they stoped it. At that level you have to give them a chance
to recover. It was close but I think it was stoped too soon.

yet another controversial early stoppage by Herb Dean....guaranteed if it was Lesnar he would have let it go longer.....

here's a clip with some very valid points

shit! I missed it but looks like Fedor is not gonna recover from all these stacked up losses now a days, time to hang it up maybe

some people could agree or disagree

but heres the thing, hendo is a fxcking mad man, if he gets going hes not gonna stop until your dead on the ground. remember the bisbin fight?
hendo knew it was over but didnt stop there

heres the clip

yeah that's the thing about it, when I was training/fighting we were always told to keep going until the ref stops it...

a lot of times fighters will "pretend" to be out of it just to get you to waste your energy...so you keep going until the fight is over

don't know about Febor anymore-hate to say it, but I think he might be like Mark Kerr, in the sense that once he lost it he'll never get the winning on top of the world attitude back

thats bc bisbing is a dickhead and Hendo even said I dont trash talk, I will take it out on his ass fight night, I loved that flying squirrel punch at the end, It was great!

I just posted the video in the video forum. I can't argue with the stoppage. Fedor fell flat on his face and took a couple of undefended blows, Herb Dean can't wait around to see if he's going to start defending himself. He was probably okay, it looked as if he was rolling onto his back, but the refs have to make a quick call in those situations. I think it was the way he fell straight down on his face without even getting his hands under him that made up Herb Dean's mind.

When Hendo knocked out Bisping, I don't think I've ever been so happy watching a MMA fight in my life

What was strange to me was when he went down face first and looked out
Dean didnt stop it. He stoped it when Fedor rolled over and started to
defend himself. Just me opinion. I have seen, quite a few times, boxers
and mma fighters seem out of it, recover and win. Like I said if it was
stoped when Fedor was not defending himself (when he was face down)
I would have to agree, but stopping it when he seemed to be getting his
senses back is questionable. The one thing we cant see is the look in the
fighters eyes - only the ref see's that - and sometimes thats all it takes.

But, Hammill was given a win over Jon Jones. So, Hammill is even, Bisping is up one, and Jones has a fake loss on his record.

For those who saw the side view...when Fedor fell his palms were faceup towards the ceiling...if there was any chance he wasn't out they'd have been down to catch himself before his face hit the canvas
