8 oz Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
3 dates, fresh or dried, diced
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Simply stir the chopped dates and nuts into the yogurt, and drizzle the honey on top.
Honey
Though the honey and dates included in this recipe add a decent amount of sugar, the sugar present is simple sugars including fructose, sucrose, and glucose. This means that the sugar is about as natural and unprocessed as you can get, which is perfect for a caffeine-free morning pick-me-up. Honey also has antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties that can assist in improving digestion, and much more.
Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt is packed with protein and probiotics, which are live microorganisms that have been shown to actually help keep the body healthy.
Walnuts
Merely a handful of walnuts supplies your body with 2.5 grams of ALA (the plant-based source of omega-3), 4 grams of protein, and 2 grams of fiber.
Dates
Here’s a little history on dates, for those who are unfamiliar. Dates have been cultivated and eaten for thousands of years, even going back as early as prehistoric Egypt (4,000 BCE) according to some archaeological evidence. Dates are sodium, fat, and cholesterol free, and are packed with the vitamins and minerals needed for optimum performance throughout the day. They are a great source of fiber, which may help to control diabetes by decreasing elevated blood glucose levels., and are also one of the best natural sources of potassium. Potassium is an essential mineral for all of those looking to build lean muscle, as it’s involved in nerve function, muscle control, and blood pressure, but is depleted by exercise and to a lessor extent sweating.

I have to watch myself around this stuff. I'll plan to have a few spoons full and end up killing the whole 2 lb container!

I have this everyday, but with a little bit of a twist. If you're cutting you can sub Stevia for the honey and use 1/4-1/2 of blueberries instead of the dates.

For the past couple weeks. I have adding strawberries and blueberries and granola and honey to my plain Greek yograt. And taste great.

Hell yeah, I take the big container of plain or whatever and add two scoops of protent powder and mix it in a bowl, put it back in the container and snack on it when I need something.
When bulking I add half a serving of weight gainer instead of regular protein, either way its good as fuck
