This is my first. I have been out of the gym for a few years and I am looking to get back on track and feel young and strong again. I clearly need some help and guidance to achieve this, so any advice would be awesome. I am not sure if I am going against the proper etiquette here so please let me know if I am.

well you need to get back in the gym and get a solid base-both with your diet and your training before you do anything else
then you need to do some studying to see what the best route for you will be...
what are your stats, IE how old are you, what are your goals, how long have you been training, etc

yeah bro it just don't happen over nite it takes time and foot work it took me years to get my source.and I belonged to a lot of boards to get my name out and meet people.it just takes time someone will eventually help you out.dont rush things.there are so many scammers out there you have to be so careful.on both ends bro.so just be patient and put your time in.things will happen.....

Yup thats how i did it eventually you will get brought in after i kept trying to go on boards and ask straight up i got clowned on so hard lol so my friend told me take my time build up on a board and eventually they will bring you in.
