Ma Huang

Hey guy's, is there a difference between Ma Huang and ephadrine, i know that Ma Huang is the herbal equivalent to ephedrine or something like that, its just a friend told me ma huang was the safer of the two, is this correct.

As far as your body is concerned, ma huang and ephedrine are the same.
