update

Things are going great. I am on schedule and will be competing next year. Been a little busy though lately. I got engaged to an amazing girl and getting married in June.

Thanks guys...training hasn't stopped but my getting on the net has taken a back seat. I am on track to compete next year. My trainer had me on that 90 full body cleanse and I am GLAD to be off of it! I went from 275lbs to 254lbs! He actually thought I would dip lower than that! Glad that didn't happen, but I am much tighter at 264lbs right now and am amazed at how I never lost strength or size! I shed a lot of stuff on the inside and a lot of fat too. Amazing how my weight is slowly going back up yet I am hard as nails. I am still on the 1cc of test a week, but he has added in 1 cc of tren eod for 4 weeks. Wants to see what it will do. Since I am so clean and the receptors are clean he thinks I should really make some good gains. Looking forward to after the 1st of the year when I get to doa real cycle and start counting down to show time. My legs are coming along crazy right now. I have backed off the super heavy weights and gone to a moderate weight and all my sets are no less than 20 now! Killing me, but it is nice to see the legs really shooting out there!
