I did 60 mcg of IGF in my triceps last night, 30 in each. Then I hit the gym and tried the giant sets that Flex Lewis laid out in this article: http://www.musclechemistry.com/upload/musclechemistry-discussion/57230-flexs-triceps.html
I was able to do the full 100 reps on the first set, but my tris pumped up so fast I thought they were going to fall off the bone. I did about 15 reps per exercise on the second set, for 75 total reps. But, I only managed about 6 each on the last set, for 30 total reps. I did some dips to finish off, but I was so pumped that I couldn't do anymore.
