Well I get cut tomorrow. Rotator cuff again. I am getting my tendon reatached to the bone and my acromium(sp) trimmed.They are cutting a piece of the bone out to take presure of the ligement. So at 12:30pm eastern time if you think about it. Shoot a prayer up for me. Thanks bros. Will update on recovery progress.

Good luck Rico...you have a very long rehabilitation process ahead of you bro! my dad just ahd it done 6 months ago and is still not using his arm 100%

ok everything went well. I didnt even hurt anyone or myself coming out of anesthesia. The tenden went back on good and pain meds are a good thing. Imalso have a pain pump and a ice machine kindof ice pack.well on with the healing. Thanks again for your suport.

wtf  this sucks. I am hurting a bit but pain meds are working. I just about got full range of motion. with someone moving my arm. It hurts when they do that.
