Hey,

I was wondering how many out there take the time to do forearms and what you do for them?!

Thanks,
J

The only exercise I do specifically for them, also delts, is what is referred to as a "long walk." &nbsp;I take 40lb dumbells and walk half a mile. &nbsp; My forearms and delts are starting to look like cables

reverse curls, and also try holding your arm at a 90 degree angle with your back bent over a bit, at the cable machine, palm towards the weights and then pushing down towards the floor for like fifteen reps or to failure. Good shit. <!--emo&/?--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sneaky2.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='/?'><!--endemo-->

...not me...with heavy back workouts and heavy bi days you dont really need to imo...they are kinda like doing bent over
rear delts raises with dumbells, your rear delts get enuf heavy work from deads, bent over rows, that a little dumbell raise really aint that beneficial...but whatever floats your boats...

of course, with nice heavy deadlifts, btw throw them straps in the trash.

I work forearms with wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, grips, reverse dumbell curls, hanging from a bar etc.

I do 3 sets of 15 wrist curls @ 50lbs at the end of my arm day,the hammers as mentioned will also get them pretty good. When i include prison curls on my arm days it hits them hard enough that I&#39;ll drop my weight for wrist curls to 40-45lbs.Just gunny&#39;s &#036;.02.

Never specifically work them. As long as they stay proportionate to the rest of my arm I won&#39;t either &nbsp;:D
