Im planning on going to the gym 3 times a week
Monday: Chest/biceps
Wednesday: Back/triceps
Friday: Legs/shoulders

40mcg Sub-Q 30min preworkout with a snack is what Im planning on doing (or do it SUB-Q postworkout?) How should I do my IGF? M-F? 5 days straight around the same time.

Wont it suck to apply igf to the lower stomach 5 days straight? Does anyone do that?

How does my igf sch look?

There are people who would just do it the days you workout and people who do it everyday. Really depends on how much IGF you can afford. Just switch sides on your stomach and you'll be okay.

Oh, and welcome back, Thug. How's the elbow?

I think igf 3 times a week wont be enough? since I can only make it to the gym 3 times a week...

And thanks Im to the point now where my left arm(repaired elbow) is nearly the same strength as my right arm. It was alot weaker at first, but I SLOWLY kept adding weight to it each week and its gotten alot better, slowly is the keyword because if i tried a weight that was too heavy AT THE TIME it would cause some pain. Now that weight doesnt cause pain. Took me a couple months to achieve this though. I remember when I could only curl 5lbs, now I rep 20lbs. Im most careful working out triceps since it involves the elbow alot. I might go 1 or 2 more weeks to make sure my left tricep is even with my right. I still dont use the barbell, for either chest, shoulders, or biceps. Its been like 2 weeks since I actually started my 3day workout split.

I wanted to wait till my arms were even and my confidence was up before starting IGF. I didnt want to waste it.

on workout days do it pre-workout, and on non workout days, just do it in the morning.

I can't wait to start it back up, it's by far the best pre-workout supplement I've ever used, the pumps are insane

Think Im going to start next monday, I just want to make sure I dont waste this igf cycle. Want to be near 100%. Right now I can still tell the difference between my left arm and right (slightly). If I start IGF now Im scared my right will get huge but not my left arm that was operated on.

Yea man, you're better off to start with a good base unless you onyl apply it to the arm that was injured

Thug...As to your question about lower abs, its the only place i apply to

I know you apply if before, but is it okay to apply to lower abs even POST workout? I only heard people do IM post, can I do subq lower abs POST? Just wondering some days I might not be able to do pre.

yeah post is fine this way as well bro, not sure why it wouldnt be, i cant think of any reasons anyhow

Any progress reports, Thug?

Well Ive been lifting...just want to get comfortable before starting IGF, but I think Ive lifted long enough and planning on starting IGF+protein, maybe creatine on Monday. Im just paranoid that my right arm is bigger, and still a little stronger, but I worry alot and might be over thinking (anxiety). But its ALOT better than last month. Ive been doing good trying to bring my left arm up. I still dont do Bench Press with the BB, I just do DB since I dont want to risk anything...is that okay? Once I get stronger with DB ill try bench press with the bar. But seriously, chest is already ahead of my body lol so I really dont care.

I just dont want to start IGF on Monday and after the cycle my right arm is 3times bigger.

Try applying an additional amount of IGF to your left arm and maybe it will catch up. You could do 20 mcg to your stomach and 20mcg to your left arm.

How can I change my workout? What if I tweak it a little to help bring up my left WHILE on IGF (subq)
