Sometimes i dont train heavy and the next day i wake up with huge purple lines on my arms and chest... :angry: After a while they start to fade away but i just hate the way they look...Ill go tanning and the appearance looks very bad...Can somebody tell me what im doing wrong or what to do before a workout to stop this from happening? thanx bros... #$  :

take vitamin E orally (pill form) as well as break open a few capsules and rub them on the stretch marks..should take care of it 4 ya!

What prez said...and cocco butter helps to blend in the ones you have. Rx Retin-A is VERY good for stretch marks and is what alot of women use on their bellies after pregnancy.

i tried the vitamin e and the cocoa butter helped a lil but still didnt do much for my skin...ill try the Rx Retin-A...Dont know much about it but can u tell me where i can purchase this? thanx

I think a doctor will have to prescribe it for ya...dermatologist maybe...but I will bet on you can just run to your everyday doc and tell him you need it for stretch marks.

It&#39;s a presciption,your family MD should have no trouble writing it 4 you. Good for acne as well.You can also get it in Mexico.

I get those marks really easy, i think i have shitty skin, tanning and retin-A seem to help though. Coco butter and vitamin e dont seem to work, although i heard zinc supplements will help to hide them aswell.

Another thing that seems to work is caster oil, It lightens them, but doesn&#39;t smell worth a shit.
