  • 1 whole wheat English Muffin
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Sprinkle of oregano
  • 2 slices of low-fat mozzarella cheese

  • 1 small whole wheat soft tortilla

  • Sliced mushrooms, onions, red peppers

Thanks for sharing such a great recipes about tuna fish. I just ate it in addition to salad but now I think I can it in different days with different recipes.
 
My favorite is the tuna in the flavors by the can..thats great stuff! Give that a try to switch it up and I have some Tuna Burger recipes that are outstanding.
 
Man i thought i was the only one who did tuna and dill pickles. I add sliced tomato and cucumbers too

I took tuna fish with whole wheat pasta and raw food bowl in my dinner and like the recipes you shared here and will definitely try them. Found all the ingredients of tuna salad and will share my reviews soon with you.
 
1 can tuna
1 tiny dollop of Hoisin Duck Sauce
a few splashes of soy sauce
seasame seeds
pepper

I find the added ingredients to be of almost negligible caloric value (probably about 30-50kcals overall), and the taste is great! The seeds supply a little crunch, the hoisin sauce is savory but sweet, and the soy sauce provides the added salt that goes really well with fish.
