Hey,
I definately know how to bulk on cycle and I diet well off cycle... but how low on calories can you go while on a cutting cycle..Will the gear maintain your LBM no matter how low you go on calories.. I am about 20% body fat 35 6"2" and now 264lbs..I am halfway through a bulk cycle now..I would like to lose another 30lbs and was wondering if I could do it faster on gear by going lower on calories and massive amounts of cardio

Well ya doing lots of cardio along with some certain drugs will definately get you shredded. As for calories it really depends on your body. I'm pretty little at 5'6" 185lbs 6-8% bf and i need a lot of calories or i lose weight way too quick along with a lot of muscle. You'll just have to experiment and find something that works for your body.

I base my diet 1st on protein. 1.5g/lb/d for bulking and 2g/lb/d for cutting. Your LBM is probably around 210# so figure 420g protein/d that's already almost 1700cal./d from protein. I keep carbs in the 50-150g/day range depending on my energy level,so now your up tp 1900-2300cal/d. I don't count fat grams when cutting, carbs are more important IMO so I just try and eat clean, choose lean cuts of meat and accept whatever fat comes along with the meat. That usually brings the calorie count up to 2600-2800/d. I do low intensity cardio(60-70% target HR) for 20-30min /session 1st thing in AM when trying to burn fat. That's what works for my metabolism anyways, hope that helps bro.

when i'm cutting depending on supp use i'll either take in 2200 cals and as low as 1700 if i want to starve... but i'm a big fan of nice dry supps, some extras, high protien and growing lean with about 3300 cals strong... can still lose fat, grow muscle, keep it on strong, and fit into better clothes and look better at the beach... all time extreme low while training was 1700 calories and starving every day..

i havent gotten below 2000 calories when dieting...at my lowest intake point.

if I dieted naturally I could probably go a little lower. Gear speeds up my metabolism more than it already is.

Thank you Deca Brother!

I also base my diet on protien and dont really care about the calories. If you have a clean diet....why would you??

Bro, running gear is the way to go because you can shed the bf and still increase lean muscle....that is if you are running the right gear.
