Hey guys. Let me know what IGF has done for you besides giving you a good pump. Thank you. I'm still looking to try it btw.
Ok first time i ever used it was when i had nerve damage in my left outer quad, i guess i hit a nerve injecting gear, and then i realized that when i would go to flex my legs that my outer quad wasnt flexing at all, NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT, it was ABSOLUTLY TOTALY FLACID no matter how hard i would flex my legs. It looked absolutly horrible and my legs were always my best bodypart and you could easily see how bad it was when i tryed flexing the quad.
So I went to a doctor and she told me it would never flex again and that it was permanently damaged. So almost a full year went by and my outer quad wasnt flexing still and worse yet SERIOUS ATROPHY had set in.
So one day i finaly found someone online who had the same exact problem, i found this persons post on professionalmuscle, it was either biga himself with the problem or he was posting about it for someone else, anyhow i asked how they got their quad to start firing/flexing again. And he told me to apply IGF-1 as close to the injured area as possible and keep doing it ed or eod and see if that works as it worked for him.
Well guess what, IT WORKED! Now mind you I could barely tell it was flexing again because the muscle atrophy was so bad that even though the quad was flexing again i could barely see it due to how small the muscle had became over the course of the year it wasnt flexing.
And i kept applying the igf to the outer quad and started hitting the legs hard in the gym, and HONEST TO GOD my outer quad on my left leg actualy became bigger then my right leg, which was always the bigger of the two.
And to this day i have never had a problem with the quad and its flexing just fine.
And I thank GOD i found someone with the same problem as me who had an answer to help me fix the flacid outer quad. Otherwise im not sure i would have ever even kept bodybuilding because it felt so pointless working out because the leg was so so so bad and noticable it made me feel like "whats the point"
I also posted this on here as it happened many many many years ago, with more accurate times , as to how long til it flexed again after taking the igf ect,,, as its been so long i cant remember how long it took and such but if u search it you will see my old post about this with more accurate timing.
So for me IGF-1 was an ABOLUTE, HONEST TO GOODNESS GODSEND!!!!
Keep the feedback coming guys! We're off to a good start!
I've posted this several times, but I guess it's worth posting again. I had a partially torn labrum in my left shoulder. It hurt like hell to curl, bench press, or anything. Cortisone shots didn't help and physical therapy didn't help. I was waiting to have surgery when I got some IGF. Small doses to the shoulder on days I benched helped reduce the pain and my strength was building at the same time. Eventually there was no pain at all. I'm now benching 240 for 6 reps with absolutely no pain during or after.
so you did have the surgery or you didnt yet?
Nope, never scheduled it, because the pain went away.
