Igf and Crabs !!!

When you running igf pre workout how many carbs do you try to get in.. And what kind of carbs. Tonight had about 80grams oatmeal...
 
Hahaha, you mean carbs??? I thought Normalsucks had found that IGF killed the crabs or something.
 
LMAO Oh NO Igf gives you Crabs! Too funny!

I eat 4-5 packs of flavored oatmeal before every workout, each packet is 26 grams of carbs and 3 protien. So i roughly eat 104-130 grams of carbs before i leave the house for the gym, then when i arrive to gym I immediatly drink a Carbo Force which i believe is 100 grams of carbs.

So about midway through my first exercise i feel full and tight and ready to go, if i dont get my oatmeal in i always feel flat in gym, even if i do have my carbo force, its just not the same without the oatmeal

Where do you get them at ?? i have been eating three packs of oatmeal so maybe i will eat more..
