LMAO Oh NO Igf gives you Crabs! Too funny!
I eat 4-5 packs of flavored oatmeal before every workout, each packet is 26 grams of carbs and 3 protien. So i roughly eat 104-130 grams of carbs before i leave the house for the gym, then when i arrive to gym I immediatly drink a Carbo Force which i believe is 100 grams of carbs.
So about midway through my first exercise i feel full and tight and ready to go, if i dont get my oatmeal in i always feel flat in gym, even if i do have my carbo force, its just not the same without the oatmeal
