How much can you do if you slightly lean forward and dont swing back and forth? I need to see if my gyms rows are in pounds or KG's

if i lean forward i can do weights added on, the lean is all fasa streching and lower back control.... if i stood straight up i could do 25-30 of them
 
For me, and a monster I used to workout with, leaning forward def makes the pull harder and I have to use less weight when I do that, I still need to remember to look and see if my gym has it in kg or lbs
