When do you guys take your MC IGF? More specifically how much time between your first lift and the time of your IGF application? I've been taking mine along with my pre w/o supplement about 20-25 minutes before my w/o's

about 40 minutes prior to my first lift bro, and inbetween im eating oatmeal and drinking carbs forces

My timing and carb intake has been a little off then, so I'm going to see even better results than I've been getting!? Holy shit! I can't wait!

No not necessarily, were all different bro, you might try it my way and find that it doesnt feel as good taking it 20 minutes sooner then you have been,

ofcourse you can give it a go and maybe it will be better for ya, but im definatly not saying ur doing it wrong the way your doing it now

I do it like Presser says when I have time. Sometimes I apply IGF then immediately take an NO product and start lifting 30 minutes later.

I like the idea of carbs in between so I'm going to try that out. The pumps must be INSANE with a NO booster!

i have used with an n.o booster with it, and i loved it, i actualy used n.o booster alone as well and loved it ,lol

I applied it to my tris on Monday and did chest/tris and I took some NO pre workout and I must say that honestly I had to stop lifting because my tris were hurting to the point where I even had a serious pump into my shoulders.

I pretty much always take a pre workout shake along with the IGF and the biceps and triceps are the best pumps for me. Those are the only body parts I've needed to stop the workout early. Shoulders and chest will get a great pump as well, but I can push through that stuff

I've had my shoulders pump to the point of pain a few times recently. And it's usually on chest days when I've applied to tris.
