Arms look great. shoulders are full and round with great cuts. But, your back is very impressive!!!! You need to post another video of your back. Just from the little bit I seen your back has great width, size and definition. Very impressed Jen!!!! Keep at it and that pro card will undoubtly be yours.....

Once i really start going ape shit crazy in gym I'll also be posting videos all the time. That will start Monday. So lets blow that video forum the fck up!!!!!

Thanks Jen. I just want to tell you how much I respect you for being a woman BB. To many women are just damn scared of gettn to muscular which totally rediculus in my OP. You got what it takes just believe in youself and your dreams WILL come true. No sacrifice, No reward!!!!!

I wish I had someone to video me in the gym. I'd post stuff all the time no matter how silly I looked.
 
Thanks you guys! I'm off on my cruise today for a week. Trainer told me to NOT be strict on my diet, guess cuz after this all the "fun" begins for the USAs. Have a great week and I will post more videos when I return. Looking forward to seeing all of your posts when I get back!!! Keep growing!!!!!

175lbs now, 250lbs after the buffets LOL :)

How tall are you, Jenn? You are much bigger at 175 than I am at 195.
