Carb Help with IGF

So for the last few weeks, about 3 now to be exact, I have been on a low carb diet. I did a pretty good amount of research and I came up with a 4, 2, 1 rotation. 4, low, 2 medium and 1 high. On low days I get between 110-170 carbs, medium days I get 210-300, high days is around 400, thats usually my cheat day too.

So, on to my question. I use 100mcg IGF-DES and Im starting to get really fatigued on my low carb days during my workout. Take today for example, I only had 24 total carbs before I ate my pre-workout oatmeal, i followed that with 120z of Orange Juice at the gym. Afterwards ill take a post workout shake, then about an hour later ill eat chicken and red potatoes or a sweet potato.Am I getting enough carbs???? Or should I be taking in more because of the IGF usage.

For my prep i follw palumbo/keto bro works well for me BUT if i were taking in carbs like what your doing even on low days I'd say take in a good amount pre workout and post if no other time at least around your workout. a good amount of carbs an hour or hour and half pre workout with your igf should give you great pumps and energy thruout . but bump it up for others opinions!!

I would think that as long as you are getting some good carbs, like Oatmeal, right after taking the IGF that you should be okay. But, like Landon said, I'll let others weigh in with their opinions.

Also, I moved this thread from General Conversation to the IGF Forum, so you'll get some better answers.
