So for the last few weeks, about 3 now to be exact, I have been on a low carb diet. I did a pretty good amount of research and I came up with a 4, 2, 1 rotation. 4, low, 2 medium and 1 high. On low days I get between 110-170 carbs, medium days I get 210-300, high days is around 400, thats usually my cheat day too.
So, on to my question. I use 100mcg IGF-DES and Im starting to get really fatigued on my low carb days during my workout. Take today for example, I only had 24 total carbs before I ate my pre-workout oatmeal, i followed that with 120z of Orange Juice at the gym. Afterwards ill take a post workout shake, then about an hour later ill eat chicken and red potatoes or a sweet potato.Am I getting enough carbs???? Or should I be taking in more because of the IGF usage.
