Well we figured we try to get the Female Fitness forums back up and running.

I also wanted to welcome Jenn Kennedy to Team MuscleChemistry as our Newest Site Representative!

I just recently got my gf to start going to the gym, she's still on the fence, but hopefully she'll finally get into it so maybe one day she'll be around here

That's awesome. She was a very valuable asset to the site! I'm sure my wife will love to have another experienced female on here to help her feel settled as well as for all new female members.
