Was wondering how many people are actually truthful with their doc about what they are running. I had a great doc up north who I was completely honest about what I was doing. I did not get the "lecture" and he was aware of my aspirations in bodybuilding, not saying he condoned it but realized I was an adult. Helped me out a great deal in regards to monitoring me properly and educating me. Been to docs before who were not so good. Also talking to a girlfriend of mine the other night about going to the female doc and being truthful or not. I mean when you haven't had a period for 10 years and they always ask about that what do you do? I actually had a female doc try to put me on estrogen therapy, no friggin way! Just wondered about you guys and how you deal with docs. I think we all want to be safe and healthy.

i was always honest with my doctors, totaly! But not anymore, not that i have lied recently but if i was asked now at a doctors, I wouldnt tell them if i was on anything. I use to think the dr. - patient confidentiality meant something, but not anymore. Seen and heard to many storys of insurance companys denying payments and such due to what your doctor wrote down in his little folder there when you see him in the office.
I was always honest and had a very cool Dr who didnt judge me and actualy knew the truth about using gear responsibly. But now days I wouldnt say shit. I just think they(Insur cmpy) are so crooked they will dig shit up until they find a way to decline you if GOD forbid you got cancer or something.

Oh and first time i seen my dr years ago, they gave me a blood test and i didnt say anything about gear, and I got a cal from the dr office asking me to schedule an appointment right away, well the doctor wanted to see me because he thought i might have Testicular cancer due to how high test level were, apparently your test level sky rocket when you have testicular cancer, kind of a funny story, though i didnt think so back then,lol

this is a post that I started and see how this fucker screwed me with what he put in my medical report-he blew everything out of portion and with that he totally threw me under the bus...no insurance company will ever touch me after reading that report

Yeah no shit . Drs are sometimes have no clue what a person has and if the person was to bring up
any so-called illegal drug from weed to coke to juice then the first thing outa their mouth would be that's the reason why you are sick or whatever..then they right it down in report , your insurance company sees it and Bamm , sorry no coverage due to illegal
substance . Drs guess a lot believe it or not and who's to know any difference . Keep you mouth shut and answer basic questions if asked .. Been there..

Good thorough docs will dictate conversations you have with them during your appointment. Its used as a tool for them incase you come back again. They dont save it for later just to say, haha look at what you said here!! Or to turn it over and ruin your medical records.
When a patient comes back 6 weeks later all of the conversations are watered down and typed into your chart so that the doc can refer to them before he/she walks in the door.
I'll go out on a limb and say that unless what you are doing in the steroid world is directly effecting the problem you are being seen for the best thing to do would be keep it to yourself.
The one reason i say this is because someday the gov't is going to have your medical records turned over to them for medicare, medicaid, if u file for disability etc....
Money in these programs is already tight. When this MC family starts into their 60's im sure not everyone will be accepted.

wouldn't surprise me-a good doctor is like trying to find a good spouse all the good ones are already taken...most of the doctors that are taking patients are the leftovers that nobody wants to go to
then they know they suck so they just try to push pills down your throat and get kick backs from the drug companies, or they've had several malpractice lawsuits on their hands and won't give you the proper treatment and medicine that you need and basically just tell you your screwed
when I was in the hospital for that shitty abcess, the doctor and nurses asked me what doctor I was seeing and when I told them where I was going they all had the same reaction, "OHHHHH, yeah, I've heard of them (proceed to clear throat)"

I do see what your saying but they know that the insurance companies will ask for the medical records and either deny a person or jack up their premium to the point that they can't afford it...so basically they are costing themselves money-no insurance means no doctor
after reading my medical records that this asswipe put in there I have not been back to him and I won't...and if anybody ask, I will them that he's a piece of shit
Well I am glad I started this because I have learned a lot. Thanks for all the great info. Maybe I will try The Dude's doc because I have yet to find a good one like I had up north. Also, I thought this was funny, Silk told me that when they were at the hospital for his surgery he asked when he could work out again. So she said, you work out??? Too funny, I told him he should've said yeah, I teach aerobics!
