Incline Trainer

I broke down last year before the Nats and bought one of these. Was sick of going to the gym twice a day for cardio and then weight training as well. It is awesome! Goes to 12mph (will NEVER need that!), inclines to 40 and declines to -6. I usually would do the stepmill near the end to help with the glutes but on a 40 incline it is great. I keep the speed bet 3-3.5 mph but honestly can only do about 2mph at 40 incline. Wonder if you all have ever tried these. I got mine at a Sears Outlet, retail 3K I got it for 1700 with a 9 year warranty. If you ever need cardio equip for home check out their outlets. Most of the time there is only cosmetic issues, mine had a scratch on it hence the return, and you pay a little extra for the additional insurance but totally worth it as if they cannot fix it they give you the retail cost, also includes a tune up once a year. This is the one I have, it is by nordictrac.

Silk has been wanting one of these so maybe when she.... I mean we get everything organized and turn the other room into our gym we'll also be getting one. I've always wanted a little home gym... with something for calves and some Powerblocks so I can do another run of Syntherol or similiar product.

Yes I love it, but I love it more that I do not have to go to the gym so much. Before I got it last year I was at the gym 21 times per week, which was crazy. I have never in all of my life hated the gym as much as I did then. So much better this time with cardio at home.
