What irritates you the most at the gym? People not putting away their weights? Bad hygiene? Someone taking your equipment if you just walk away from it for a second? Everyone has something, wondered what all of yours are? Oh and how about this, if there is one leg press and the guy on it is texting and surfing the web in between sets FOREVER. Seriously do you really need your phone to train?

I agree, lately in the weight room I almost need to wear nose clips to workout. Hot plus sweat plus bo not good. I sometimes worry it's me lol, always smelling myself to make sure. Sometimes gym clothes that you wear a lot get that smell, was working out once in my fav tshirt and I'm like good lord who stinks! It was me! Not me but the shirt even though it was clean. Tide sport works great to keep your gym clothes from ever developing that smell.

Motherfckers taking my shit when I walk away for 1 second. This absolutely pisses me off no other!!!!! Chris can tell you that I'm not one for keeping my feelings hidden. I will say something gaurunteed, but I will try and be nice about it. Usualy it's old people so I will be respectful and say can I work in with you. Now when it's some young punk who just seen you do a set and jumps in and tries steal your machine or whatever, I won't be as nice:curse:
