I'm sure there are all things that we each have to have to diet. I know Walden Farms is very popular, FYI DO NOT buy their peanut butter. Worst thing I ever tried and I made The Dude's wife try it the other day and she gagged, so save your money. For me it is Land O Lakes cheese sprinkles, they have many flavors, 5 calories, no carbs but sodium which I don't care about till a week out. Used to be Molly Mcbutter Cheese Sprinkles, but Land o Lakes is waaaaay better. Find them in the spice isle. Then there is I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, I cannot believe it either as I have no idea what the hell it is except delicious :). Ziplock steam bags, I buy frozen green beans in bulk and it only takes 3 steam bags a day to make my 3lbs of green beans. Salsa of course, don't get much but better than nothing. What do you guys/gals use? I'm always looking for new things :).
 
i use the cant bel its not butter spray!, awesome!! i use mustard a lot, not great but beats nothing. and i salt the hell out of everything!!! LOL nothing to special. I also found some terriyaki suace to cook chicken in or pour over it that is 5 carbs per 2 tablespoons.
 
I love peanut butter in everything, but obviously can't eat it all day so I found this stuff called PB2. I'm reading the label now and it's roasted peanuts that are pressed to remove the fat and oil. It's basically powdered pb and tastes like it too. Not like the crap Jenn tried to poison me with!!! I use it in everything. I mix PB2 with cottage cheese and put it in my shakes. A serving is 2 TBSP's. 45 cal. 1.5 grams of fat and 1 g. of sugar. Yummmm....I've also tried Waldon Farm's marshmallow fluff and their caramel dip, both good.

Yup me too, you know you are dieting when you cannot have your mustard anymore and you are ready to throw yourself in front of a bus :D Oh yeah I also forgot hot sauce, funny how you can hate something so much but when you are restricted you learn to like it. Also used to HATE mushrooms but for me they are a free food when I diet. Was spending more on mushrooms last contest per month than car payment!
 
Our diet plan should natural and we should try to add everything healthy in our diet. For losing weight and fitness diet is also important with exercise so it has lot of importance.
 
Walden Farms pancake syrup is one of the best things ever. I tried the Blueberry one but it has an artificial flavor to it that I didn't care for. However! After a while, you get used to it and then it is good eating. I do not like their faux BBQ sauce or their ketchup though. If I need something on my chicken breast I will just use regular mustard or something, I’d rather use a little of something that tastes good instead of something that just does nothing for me.
 
waldon farms is the way to get it done if you are dieting thats for sure, expensive but does the job when nothing out there has 0 calories
 
In the past I suffered from weight problem and fortunately I was able to get rid of it with healthy diet and exercise.
Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator that you can easily find online on google. This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both. So If you're wondering how to lose belly fat in a week or two, I would suggest you to be consistent and regular. Eat healthy foods, avoid junk foods, exercise regularly. Both cardio and weight training is necessary in this matter. Hope it will help. Eating healthy foods like lean meat, leafy greens, vegetables and fruits, beans, nuts, eggs, whole grains, berries, fish etc. fulfils all kinds of your nutrition needs. Especially there are some amazing super foods to boost immunity that not only keep you healthy but also save from diseases. Some of these foods are avocado, honey, olive oil, salmon, spinach, blue berries, lemons etc..
