I just thought I would mention this for people who are new to competing or just dieting in general. It is important (imo) to pick a plan and stick with it. This is the only way you will truly know what is or is not working for you. When I diet I stick with one plan all the way through to the show or for anyone else to whatever goal they may have made for themselves. Afterwards I can look over my logs and make any adjustments for the next time. Over time I have learned what works for me and what does not doing it this way. Just trying to be helpful:D
