View Full Version : HGH for Fitness Females???

I am new to the board and would like info on HGH.

I am 40 134lbs @ 5ft 6in tall.
I workout 5-6 days a week. Weights and 45 to 90 minutes (split) of cardio or HITT
Clean Diet, minus Sundays.

Goal: Get a bit leaner and shredded to compete in a fitness/physique show in June.

I have taken var - don't like the long term affects - and primo - probably need to change it up.
I'm very intrigued by HGH. Not only from an improved physique stand point, but for overall health (along with the improved wrinkles/skin and increased sexual desire - as mine has been diminishing with age). Could a gal or two, speak to their personal experience using HGH? What Brand? How much to take? Etc????

Any and all information would be helpful.

Yay, another girl!!! Sorry, I can't help ya on this one, but I know people who can so I'll make sure they take a look. Anyway, I just wanted to welcome you to MC!

I can tell you that my wife Silk who I'm sure will chime in shortly and I will be starting in the near future. GH would be a great addition given your goals, but it is a long term venture.
As you mentioned you will see improvements in Skin elasticity, bodyfat reduction, muscle mass, and an overall sense of well being. It is also phenomenal for injury prevention and recovery as it also affects chondrocites. A dose of 2 - 3 iu daily would be fantastic.
Jenn will chime in shortly as to what brands she prefers as she is very current with the market. I will also add that im a firm believer in GH use right up until you step onstage which seems contradictory to popular consensus. I have seen the difference. Nothing short of mind blowing! HGH would help. 2-3 ius would be a good place to start. I will tell you how I do it and you can do with that info what you like. I believe in taking it first thing in the morning prior to your am cardio, and injecting it into the glutes, alternate sides everday. On your weight training days, inject instead into the glutes 45mins prior to gym time if you are able to do so. Fitness and Physique and quite different in the amount of muscle on the body. What are you running now and what are your plans from now until the show in regards to supplements? I do not do figure nor physique but running GH by itself with nothing else to get ready for a show imo would not be enough. I would also be taking anti e such as nolvadex the last 5 weeks, this is very important for females. Riptropin is the most affordable in my experience. I used several other brands as well but it can get pretty pricey. Is this your first show? What you may notice in regards to sides from the gh would be tingly hands and feet as well as swollen feet (slightly). You could start at 2 ius and see how it goes. You will need to order some bacteriostatic water as well. I know they HRT for women in regards to your sexual question. For me GH does not increase my sex drive but everyone is different so it may for you I don't know. Did you notice an increase on the var and primo? Hope this helps and welcome to MC!
