Favorite workout shoe

What everyones favorite workout shoe? Why am I asking the women? Cause they seem to know feet and maybe a newby booby will join cause we need need women input... Sometimes....

I love asics, but I think they're more for runners...unless there's a bear chasing me, I don't run. Anyway, I'm not sure how great they are for weight training, but they work for me so I stick with them. Not sure if I was any help, but figured I'd give my 2 cents since there aren't many women on here. Let me know if you come across something you think would work better for weight training cuz I'm always lookin to learn! Oh and I like your "sometimes" comment...cute. And all this time I thought we girls knew it all leased: JOKE!

Oh I just remembered if a bear chases you you should play dead, not run. Good thing I remembered that or I would've been screwed!!! See why I don't run...it's no good however you look at it, LOL

I've been looking for those tiny Puma shoes that are flat footed with a stiff sole. Believe it or not Nike Shox and the cross training shoes make my knees hurt. I want a pair of the old Adidas Samba's!

I agree with Silk, I like asics as well, right now I am using ryka (only for women) but to be totally honest I buy whatever is on sale. I go through my shoes about every 3-4 months and I got a ton of other crap to pay for so for me it is about cost as well. I'd love to be cute and muscular but right now I can just barely afford muscular

well i have found Adidas very good shoes which women can also use for workout . What is your opinion on it ? . Please share about it ? .

I really like Asics as well! I also just found a food Nike recently that is very comfortable!
