MC IGF - Backload?

Hi All
Keeping in mind that MC IGF comes pre-mixed, do you guys backload the applicator with additional Bacteriostatic water, or just fill it with whatever dose of MC IGF you are taking (20-50ul) and apply just the IGF solution?

I fill the application device with 5iu of bacteriostatic water first, but it's more of an OCD thing.

I backload with 5iu bw to send the igf deeper into the area and so none is sitting inside pin to get every drop . I'm cheap.. Lol

I don't ever get any burn. The IGF and BW don't mix. Looks like oil sitting on top of water.

Yeah takes what bite there is down a notch. It's good to do with any type a peptide to get every drop
outa the pin I've read .

I havn't tried backloading with bw yet. Now I'll be thinking about remaining molecules of IGF left in there! I only get the burn when applied sub c. When I apply it IM it feels like an instant mini contraction, almost like a cramp.

I get the cramping feeling too, but not in my shoulders. The shoulders for me feel like it does on my stomach

It seems to get rid of the mild burn but more importantly (if doing subq) it stops the nasty knots that take forever to go away. Can't remember who gave me the tip off the board but it really works.

Thanks for all the feedback. I waited a while to reply as I ordered some BS water, and had to wait for it to arrive to test. I had some issues with just plain IGF in the AA it comes in - when I injected SQ it caused me some damage at the site below the skin. I have really sensitive skin, so this could be totally down to my body type. The BS water has made a big difference. I load with IGF first then put about 5 times the amount of BS in the 0.5ml syringe too. It doesn't mix well with the IGF, but my thoughts are that it helps dilute the AA (which is what is causing me problems) once they disperse under the skin. It stings less too.
