When you take IGF on non-training days, is there a preferred time to take it, or is any time of day fine? Do you still try to take it and then get in some carbs, or is that just for training days?
I'm a big fan of lower abs the whole time, but it would make total sense to apply here on off days so you're not applying the same place more than once per week or per workout of that body part if you're working a muscle group more than once per week. IMO.
