I was eating like 4000 calories some days and I still managed to lose a ton of fat. That's how I did it :-)

That's one of the amazing things about the product. You can ingest a ton of food and you don't gain bodyfat like you normally do. In fact even with my massive food intake I still stay pretty lean. In my experience it is amazing for just about any goal. Maybe that's why I never get off!

I eat anything and everything I can get my hands on and I'm using MC IGF and I'm lean as hell. It's a miracle supplement and this is why I will never go elsewhere

I kid you not....
It was days.

I bumped up my food intake a lot and didnt lose as much fat because i enjoyed the fullness it gives you. My forearms were so full just turning my wrists gave me a massive pump.

Also had trouble finishing an long essay question on a test cause my hand and forearm got pumped...at first i was annoyed...then i realized how awesome that is.

Yea, I can't write more than maybe a couple of lines on a piece of noteboook before my hand and forearm start throbbing

Rdgrenade you usually see changes visually more so then losing actual pounds if ur eating alot then it's more like body recompositioning. You lose fat and gain muscle hence the scale remains the same but you look totally different.

Yea, like Presser said, you'll see more changes in the mirror than on the scale. This is one reason why I don't weigh myself very much at all
