Motivational Video

This is motivational for me. Just when I start to bitch about my life I look at this and feel like a total ass. I think it is so awesome that these men and women have not let a handicap hinder what they love to do! Saturday March 17th is the 30th Annual NPC Sunshine Classic. In addition to bodybuilding, physique, fitness, figure and bikini, they will have the NPC National Wheelchair Bodybuilding Championships. The show is in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I am hoping I can get there for some inspiration. Train hard and be grateful!

Thanks for putting this up Jen, I needed it because I'm feeling kind of lazy today and I've got a headache, and was thinking maybe I'll skip my workout today. After watching the video I now realize I was behaving like a brat! These people have to work 3 times as hard all day every day just to get to the gym and train not to mention everything else that goes along with BB! Very impressive!
