Hi ladies and gents. Oldschool will be starting threads for me as I am going out of town this Friday till Monday night. Training has been crappy, have bronchitis and strep throat hence why I have not been on. Can't wait to feel better and get back involved on MC. Precontest cycle starts March 11, precontest diet starts March 27th which I will then start my log. Have a great rest of the week everyone!
