Igf and shoulders !!!!

^^^^ This is where I apply also. BTW....get ready for the shoulder pump of your life! The first time I did this I could barely do cardio after lifting because my shoulders throbbed just from the weight of my arms hanging down! :surprised
 
I'm normally applying on my side delts simply because that's where I need the most help, but I have applied it to the fronts as well. If you apply to the sides then do side raises, your shoulders will be smoked and you won'y have to do much weight at all, just focus on the squeeze at the top and fighting the weight on the way down
 
Thanks guys I was thinking that is where most guy applied it at.. Going to give it a try this week...
