What do women eat?

This is a ? My wife has as she is started to diet since having the baby and having trouble figuring out what she should eat. Her goal of course is to be tone and small!!! I didnt figure she should eat as much as I do or even the same foods so we looking for some advice from the ladies of MC.
 
I don't share the same goals as your wife (meaning I don't want to be small), but I'd say she does needs to put on some muscle to get nice curves. Muscle will also burn fat which I'm sure you already know. Girls are often scared of weights, but they don't realize it's the very thing they need to get the body they want. It is HARD for a natural girl to put on a lot of muscle so assuming she is natural plz tell her she needs to push herself with the weight training and she will get the sexy shape she's looking for...and tell her to trust me, she will not get huge training w/ weights. If it were that easy I'd be natural. As far as diet, I believe everything has it's place...carbs, lean proteins, fruits, veggies and healthy fats. Being consistent by eating a healthy diet, weight training and cardio should help her reach her goal(s) and have energy to keep up with the little one...Congrats btw :) I take fish oil, vit c, vit d w/ my calcium. Women should be eating protein and vegetarian foods. vegetarian foods is the best for women health.
Because vegetarian foods have vitamins.Vitamins is the best for women.Thanks a lot.
 
Congratulations on the new baby! :) How long ago did she have the baby? Is trying to just get back to pre-baby weight?
 
Congratulations as well! Healthy foods that I would eat would be.

Oatmeal
Whole grain bread/bagel
Chicken
Turkey
Lean Beef
Fish
Sweet Potatoes
Potatoes
Brown Rice
Rice Cakes
Any Green Veges
Fruit but only am
Lots and lots of water

Stay away from cheese or any whole fat dairy product, fat free greek yogurt is good

Also of course no soda, or sugar.
Only low fat or preferably fat free condiments.


Does she plan on hitting the gym?
 
women eat very simple diet just to maintain their body so that they may always remain slim and smart in all respect so most of their diet normally depends upon their fruit juices,these different type of the juice not produce or develop any type the fats in the body which enhance the lipid profiles which is very fatal near about all over the body so all female are much conscious in this regard to keep better life style and health in all respective.

This is a solid plan. Probably one of the most important tools for losing weight is a diet journal. Make sure she is keeping track of the total amount of calories consumed per day. Having a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight and its hard to figure this out without tracking everything you eat.
