Protein+oats

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup water
Combine the oats and water heat for 2 mins

Add one scoop protein powder
1 Tbs peanut butter
And a splash of milk

I found this on you tube and tried and to my surprise is really good.
 
Grind the oats in a foodprocessor and put a 1/2 cup in your protein drink and save the 2 minutes..it's easier..im lazy..
 
Do you use like a coffee grinder?

I guess you do if u are a chipmunk.. I use a foodprocessor and plain blade and do a full bowl and pour it into some container, a old protein jug and use the scoop from it also.. Scoop is about 1/3 cup a dust.. I toss in two Scoops, ice and water and protein and it's thick and dam good as is.. Or if you are a fruit ..add fruit..
 
Protein+oats has the very charming taste and particularly those who have the slim and smart bodies can take daily to keep the body more fatty as per the willing.Protein in the body strong the bones as well energy becomes more.
